Fractal Flames Community and Resources
Think of tags as like a book index where you find words and which pages they are on, the same principle applies here. Although it's taken a stage further so it might not be the word, but the subject, so for example if you're looking for things to do with fractal gradients for example. A tag may bring back posts with gradient files, as well as posts that discuss gradients, or tutorials about them.

I was experimenting with new ways to show off the parplot variation (my favourite) … Details
This blur experimentation is going well, the main reason I like Blur is the 3d effect it often gives, and especially Blur3D, which gives a kind of 3D glowing light effect. Here I tried adding twin sphericals as I’ve been playing with also lately and some others. Good fun to play with.
Created a set of coral looking flames based off a previous flame and then … Details
No idea, it started from a flame I did a while ago, that just looked smooth when rendered. Played with a few settings, and this kind of weird shape turned out.
Creating 3D objects for Jwildfire using Tinkercad software. Great tutorial.
Interests me how you can get something looking 3D without the 3D setup, case in point this image. I guess it’s the 3D blur that does the hard work.
The clue to getting good shiny objects, is to map an image from the 3D rendering part of JWildfire, then I use the same image as the background to make it look like the object is reflecting the background.
For this, it started as part of Robert’s flame game, but evolved into something else using a Parplot. I’ve made the material of the 3D the same as the background.
